Power (2/4): 12.66 icons is great at this level you'll be using it!
Price (2/2): 800k-1200k. The closest alternatives are Wand of Reality and Bow of Destiny dealing 13 icons, but costing near twice at the time of writing this review.
Tactical (2/3):Fire and Air are good, but Physical and Earth are way too easy to block.
Other Angle (1/1): I love this weapon (and got 2 of them from tRodS. :P
Alternatives: The beforementioned NQ2 Insane prizes will cost a bunch more, but will have better iconage.
Upgrades:Asparachucks will deal more icons, but only Physical and Werelupe Claw Necklace will deal a bunch of icons.
Defence/Countermeasures:Scarab Ring will come just short with this after blocking icons, and Faerie Tabard will block all the iconage.

Power(3) Welcome to the big leagues of battledoming.
Price(2) At the time of posting, I got mine about a month ago slightly discounted at 575k. The lowest I can seem to find now is 800k. If you don't get this fast, it's not going to be worth it anymore.
Strategy(2) The icon types are pretty bad, as this just beats Scarab Ring. The fire is okay, and the air is great, but there's not enough. Earth and physical are way too easily blocked. Faerie Tabard whipes this weapon clean.
Other(1) I got mine discounted! =D
Defenses: Scarab Ring just loses to this. Faerie Tabard erases this weapon.
Upgrades: Werelupe Claw Necklace does similar icons and more for several million.
Downgrades: Earth Faerie Bow does the exact same icon types except only 8-9 icons for about 50k.

Releasing this weapon is one of the greatest move TNT did to control the inflation of weapon price. Wand of Reality and Bow of Destiny usually cost 4-5mil before this and now they come crashing down to below the price of a Portable Kiln.
This is a perfect weapon if you want to step up into the big leagues. At around 600K for 12.6 icons, it's a steal. Also a good investment item just in case the price of this starts to rise because of retirement.
-1 point for getting killed by Faerie Tabard.
EDIT: Current price is slowly increasing so better get yours now!

This weapon sent all similar weapons crashing down in price, because it was just that amazing. 12.6 icons for less than a million neopoints? Before this, we had Bow of Destiny and Wand of Reality as 13 icons costing 4 million.
The icons aren't spectacular, but it does stay just ahead of Scarab Ring, which is always good. 4 different icon types means it will almost certainly be partially blocked by whatever shield your opponent throws up, be it Sophies Magic Hat or Leaf Shield.
This gets a 10, because its noticeable impact on weapons prices proves its influence. For now.
Alternatives/Upgrades/Downgrades: Will have to wait until the massive price drops are done to give you these.
Defenses: Faerie Tabard shuts it down.

This is a really great weapon for its cheap and affordable price.
Probably the cheapest 13-iconer around.
However, the icons done are easily blocked. At even stats, the Scarab Ring comes out just short of even against this.
Defenses:The Faerie Tabard knocks all the icons out
Upgrades: Asparachuks or Werelupe Claw Necklace.
