 Even before Tarla gave these out and dropped the price to about 3k, I thought it was worth it and had bought one. While not as famous as the Scarab Ring, this is just as much of a tactical powerhouse. It comes out ahead of Jade Staff and Battle Ready Pencil Box, Curious Sticks of Lethal Wax, Earth Faerie Slingshot, Electro Sword, Enchanted Wooden Bow, Psellias Fighting Fan, Scuzzys Comb, and Staff of Righteous Fury. Quite a large list, isn't it?

Alternatives: Scarab Ring offers a similar amazing bargain. Patched Magic Hat offers the same defense in a pure shield.

Upgrades: Makeshift Ships Hammer takes away the light defense, but solidifies the physical attack and adds 2 air icons.

Defenses: Scarab Ring comes out ahead. Leaf Shield will shut the offense down completely.
