 Beautiful weapon, beats Ice Club, Essence of Esophagor and Pike Pike, has my favorite attack icons...

And that's where the good news ends. At only 7.6 icons, this is on the weak side these days. Pumpkin Launcher gets you 8 icons for much less. In short, I don't see this being very useful unless you know for sure your opponent is going to use water icons each turn.

Alternatives: Golden Compass is a very similar weapon that does 9 icons and blocks dark instead.

Counters: Outdamage it with your own 9-icon weapon that doesn't use water icons. Stone Club works.
