 The stat requirement is a bit of a turn-off, but with a 100% success rate, this is the best stealer there is, and so deserves a high rating. The price isn't too bad either; the stats probably cost you more than this will.

I don't find stealing very useful, because as said by the raters before me, 1-player opponents often have anti-steal weapons, and 2-player opponents will often also place a less-useful weapon in their first slot. If you really want one anyways, go ahead and get this.

Alternatives: Purple Sticky Hand is much cheaper and doesn't have a stat requirement, but doesn't succeed every time, and will go to your opponent after you use it.

Counters: Put something useless in your first slot.

 A 100% stealer without the worry of your opponent using it against you. You still have to worry about those first slot junk items of course, but at least this way you don't have to worry about wasting several turns to gain such a useless item. I, personally, am against stealers unless used as a last resort. Most battlers at this level DO use a first slot junk item. And most 1p battledome fights have anti steal items. The only reason I rated this higher then a 6, is because its the best of its kind.

 This is great, a 100% stealer without the chance of a steal-back. Even though there are players that rig their first slot with junk weapons, many are still careless enough to place their Shields, their Downsize! and even their healer in the first slot. Totally the best of it's kind.

Plus it's a brilliant way to include a forgotten stat like agility back to battledome. I'm hoping for more weapons like this.
