 This is the ONLY reason why BDers raise their movement points, it's the only weapon that needs so much movement points & works well.

It's a 100% non-specie steal and when you use it, it disappear for the battle (Not like sticky hands that go to your opponent) So it's just the best stealer in neopia. That's why you'd need movement, if you don't want to use it, then don't train movement at all.

Upgrade: If you like stealing in a battle, try a Tornado Ring, it's a funny multi-stealer item.

Alternative: Rainbow Sticky Hand with around 87% chance to steal it's also non-specie but it does go to your opponent once it steals :/

Downgrade: Green Sticky Hand has 62% chance to steal. But if you want something cheaper but still useful, go with a Purple Sticky Hand that has 50% chance of working.
