 Power (0/4):Just a shield with many icons, most being fractional.

Price (1/2):Dirt cheap cause awarded at GMC 2008.

Tactical (2/3):Blocks Ice Club to 4 icons and Pike Pike to 5 icons.

Another Angle (1/1):Got it free, so testing was free.

Alternatives/Upgrades: Go with Leaf Shield or Patched Magic Hat.

Defences/Countermeasures:Use weapons that don't use the icons this blocks...

 It's not a great weapon but it's not bad either. Because it is given as a prize for the Games Master Challenge, it's really (dirt) cheap.

It can decrease Ice Club's attack to as little as 4 icons while it blocks 5 icons from Pike Pike.

Upgrade: Leaf Shield is still the best shield at low level battling.
