 17 possible icons... A great leap from the usual 13 icons of Bow of Destiny, Wand of Reality and Ylanas Blaster but it can be easily block by the cheap Sophies Magic Hat and sink kills this to just 2 icons.

Upgrades: Sword of Skardsen would be nice choice.

 If you're looking to upgrade your Ylanas Blaster, Bow of Destiny or Wand of Reality but can't quite afford a Sword of Skardsen yet, this is your in-between option. Unfortunately, it is destroyed by Sink and gets only a feeble 4.67 icons through each Ghostkershield and Faerie Tabard. Not to mention being touched by almost every other defense there is out there. For the cost, you might be left wondering whether the "upgrade" was actualy worth it.

Upgrades: Sword of Skardsen deals more icons.

Downgrades: Ylanas Blaster, Bow of Destiny or Wand of Reality deal slightly less icons.

Defenses: Mask of Coltzan comes out ahead on average. Sophies Magic Hat, Ghostkershield and Faerie Tabard both block large amounts of it. If for some strange reason you're still using one, Scarab Ring doesn't perform too bad, though you do end up behind.
